Production Engineer

Production Engineer provides engineering and planning support to meet production targets and efficiency goals within the Precast plant. The role covers look-ahead mould planning, resource and capacity planning, cross-department coordination, client-facing technical documentation, cost improvement initiatives, quality assurance, KPI monitoring, team training support, and safe process design — ensuring production runs efficiently, safely, and in compliance with client and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 1 year related work experience.
• Experience in precast concrete manufacturing, construction, production engineering, or a similar industrial environment is an advantage.
• Experience in production planning, capacity planning, process improvement, or manufacturing operations is an advantage.
• Knowledge of precast production processes, mould management, quality systems, and construction/project requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; knowledge of planning, ERP, CAD, or production management systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Good technical report-writing and communication skills.
