Production Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Plan production activities to meet customer requirements and company goals.
• Read drawings, understand specifications, and develop fabrication plans for sheet metal parts.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., welding, assembly) to ensure smooth production processes.
• Monitor productivity levels and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols during all production operations.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-7 years of experience in Production Engineering or related field.
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification required; degree preferred.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings using CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
