Production Engineer

About the role

This role involves sterilization machine control and production support within a manufacturing environment. You will monitor and maintain sterilization equipment, diagnose and resolve machine issues, perform preventive maintenance, and support production processes to ensure compliance with defined standards.

Key responsibilities

1. Sterilization Machine Control

1.1. Monitor machine operations and analyze/resolve alarm issues

1.2. Analyze machine problems and identify appropriate corrective actions in case of machine downtime

1.3. Study machine systems and prepare for maintenance in order to diagnose issues and apply correct
solutions

1.4. Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on machines

1.5. Inspect and maintain machines/equipment to ensure they are always ready for use

1. Production Support

2.1. Control and monitor production processes to comply with defined standards

2.2. Prepare and review work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production staff

2.3. Train production staff on working methods, quality, and safety standards

2.4. Analyze and troubleshoot production process issues and propose improvement solutions

2.5. Conduct monthly fire extinguisher inspections

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance (PM) systems
• Strong attention to detail
• Detail-oriented
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle urgent issues
• Ability to work independently and work overtime when required
