产品工程师Production Engineer

该职位来源于猎聘 We are searching for a product introduction engineer to join our growing team. The employee works as a coordinator with cross function to lead CAB product change management, product introduction and material BOM configuration to realize the product is introduced to production line. And he/she also should take responsibilities to cooperate with cross function when we get process change request. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily: Product change management and product introduction

• Local MONA preparation
• Lead LIC (Local Introduction Council) related to product change and introduction.
• Lead the ECO (Engineering Change Order) introduction process and coordinate with production, logistics, quality and engineering through LIC.
• Be involved in PTA (Physical Test Assembly) when we have new product introduction/change.
• Act as window person in GIC (Global Introduction Council) to receive and distribute ECOs related to Cabs.
• Configuration of Digital Work Order for Production
• Distribute EFR & status tracking Process change request & support in production deviation handling
• Cooperate with cross functional team to analysis the change request and tracking the status
• Support line balance from MONA & COMA aspect
• MONA order & structure related deviation handling Education and/or Experience
• Bachelor degree or above.
• 3 years above working experience in tier-1 supplier or automobile manufacturing.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Proven experience as a launch engineer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in BOM Preparation tools and software (e.g., SAP, MONA, MES, Excel, PowerBI).
• Software experience in Catia, CAD is preferred
• Good communication and presentation skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to understand verbal and written instructions.
