Production Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute manufacturing operations to achieve production targets, quality standards, and cost objectives.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Supervise production personnel and coordinate daily operational activities.
• Optimize manpower and material utilization to improve operational efficiency.
• Lead and support continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives.
• Provide coaching, training, and guidance to production team members.
• Manage staff attendance, performance evaluations, and work assignments.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance Department on machine breakdowns and preventive maintenance activities.
• Review and update production procedures, documentation, and audit requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality management standards.
• Support project implementation, budgeting, and capital expenditure planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related Engineering disciplines.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Able to work effectively across departments and manage multiple priorities.
