PRODUCTION ENGINEER

Working Style:

Hands-On & Proactive. You will be on the floor 80% of the time. We expect you to find

inefficiencies, propose solutions, and execute them.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Machine Performance & Maintenance

● Learn and Master the Equipment: Become the in-house expert on our kraft bowl, paper

cup, paper box, and printing machines.

● Preventive Maintenance: Execute and help refine our weekly maintenance schedule

(lubrication, part replacement, sensor cleaning) to prevent breakdowns.

● Troubleshooting: When a machine jams or produces defects, jump in, find the root

cause, fix it, and log the solution.

2. Warehouse Organization & 5S Implementation

● Organize the Floor: Help design and maintain clear, tape-lined zones for Raw Materials,

Work-in-Progress (WIP), and Finished Goods.

● Material Flow: Ensure operators always have the paper rolls and plastic they need

before they run out, minimizing machine downtime.

● Keep it Clean (5S): Enforce a daily standard of cleanliness and organization across the

warehouse and production areas.

3. Process Documentation (SOPs)

● Write the Rulebook: As you learn the best way to set up and run the machines,

document these steps into simple, easy-to-read Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

for the production workers to follow.

What We Are Looking For:

● Experience: Fresh graduate up to 3 years of experience in Industrial, Mechanical, or

Manufacturing Engineering. Past exposure to a manufacturing floor is a big plus.

● Hands-On Mentality: You must be comfortable using tools, getting grease on your

hands, and working directly with the machines. This is not a desk job.

● Problem Solver: You don't need to know everything on Day 1, but you must be the type

of person who reads the manual, researches the problem, and figures it out.
