PRODUCTION ENGINEER

About the role

Responsible for ensuring stable and efficient production operations by controlling production performance, optimizing manpower and equipment utilization, resolving production issues, and driving continuous improvement to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Productivity targets.

Key responsibilities

• Control and monitor daily production performance against production plan and defined KPIs
• Analyze production losses, downtime, bottlenecks, and abnormal conditions and implement effective countermeasures
• Optimize manpower, machine utilization, line capacity, and production efficiency
• Coordinate with Production, Process Engineering, MP&L, and Quality to resolve production issues
• Establish and maintain production standards, work instructions, and operating conditions
• Support new product introduction, trial production, process changes, and line improvement
• Lead productivity, cost reduction, Kaizen, and waste reduction activities
• Ensure production processes comply with quality, safety, environmental, and company requirements
