Production Engineer

EXPECTATION  REQUIREMENTS

Education / Experience

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering , Faculty of  IE, ME, Chemical Engineering
• A least 3 years experience in production engineer field in heavy industrial continuous processes.

Specific knowledge (Literacy, Technical Skill, Soft Skill)

• Strong leadership skills. good analyze problem solving and decision making.
• Good command English and computer literacy (Microsoft, AutoCAD, Solid work)
• Good abilities in MS office software
• Understand in CMMS, FMEA, MTBF, MTTR, P&ID, OEE
• Good collaborative skills and be able to work under timeline.
• Machine Problem Analyst (Experience in 5 Whys, Pareto Chart, Fishbone Diagram, or FMEA Analysis Required — Ability to Use at Least One Tool)
• Experience in Plastic/Film, Paper, Industry, Petrochemical Industry or continuous production processes will be advantage.
• ISO 9000 / 14000 knowledge, Safety knowledges
