PRODUCTION ENGINEER

JOB SCOPE

1. Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production.
2. Aid in budget preparation and monitor expenses and profitability while implementing cost reduction initiatives
3. Plan and coordinate production on daily basis to produce high quality products.
4. Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production.
5. Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and outages.
6. Develop operating instructions and equipment specifications for production activities.
7. Provides training and guidance to team members to accomplish production goals.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering; manufacturing degree preferred or other related field.
2. Ability to effectively lead and direct employees.
3. Proficiency using Microsoft Suite (Excel, Access)
4. At least 1-2 years proven experience in production/industrial engineering;
5. Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
6. Have knowledge in automation, PLC & IOT
