Production Engineer

Requirement :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree or above in Mechanical/ Chemical Engineering or equivalent.

• Candidate will act as a Production Shift Engineer for this job position.

• At least 2 year working experiences is an advantage

• Candidate must be passionate to be a Production Engineer and show strong attributes such as leadership, attention to details, highly organized, good fundamental and problem solving in related field.

• Demonstrated ability to execute and manage projects.

Job Description :

• Responsible for planning, implementing, validating, and improving production processes to ensure process stability and product quality.
• Responsible for the introduction, testing, and evaluation of raw materials.
• Responsible for new product trial production, process condition development, mass production evaluation, and implementation.
• Responsible for analyzing, tracking, and improving product abnormalities and quality issues.
• Collect and analyze product yield and efficiency data, and implement improvement initiatives.
• Responsible for cross-functional communication, coordination, and collaboration.
