Job Requirements : Prefer candidate - Wiring Harness Manufacturing
Strong understanding of wiring harness manufacturing processes and equipment operation.
Experience with manpower handling and line balancing techniques.
Knowledge of process engineering principles and practices.
Ability to analyze production data and optimize processes.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with Quality Control (QCC), Kaizen, and Productivity Improvement (PIV) methodologies is desirable.
Design, develop, and implement efficient manufacturing processes for wiring harnesses.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and optimize production lines.
Develop and maintain process documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Analyze production data to optimize line balancing and reduce waste.
Implement process improvements to achieve business results and improve productivity.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
