Production Engineer

About the role

This is a full-time opportunity based in Seremban, for candidates who want to gain valuable experience in a managerial role with advancement potential and exposure to various aspects of the business, positioning you for a career in the manufacturing industry.

What you'll be doing (your responsibilities)

• Provide engineering and supervisory support to the Operation Manager.
• Coordinate production processes to ensure high-quality output.
• Optimize workflows and implement strategies for resource efficiency and cost-effective production.
• Troubleshoot production issues and develop effective solutions.
• Implement production improvement projects and facility upgrades.

What we're looking (requirements):

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proficient in MS Office and CAD software.
• Multilingual candidates preferred.
• Prior work experience in a related field is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply as on-the-job-training will be provided.
