What they need
Candidate must possess a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering
With or without experience
With at least 1-year related experience is an advantage
Knowledgeable in Basic/New QC Tools
Have experience in Production Capacity Planning, Progress Monitoring and Recovery Planning
Have experience in Implementation of improvement activity / Small project activity
Willing to be assign in production processes and Improvement
With very good communication, presentation, and leadership skills
Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision
