What they need
- Control and Monitor production and quality activities for Analytical models
- Preparation and revision of BOM
- Preparation of work instructions, procedure and related ISO documents
- Implement production schedule in their respective sections
- Monitor proper implementation of Work Instructions in each process
- Provide training to operators in their job assignment
- Give instructions and directives to Team Leaders, Material Suppliers and operators regarding production and other related functions.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of subordinate
- Ensure the target of respective section is met
- Any task that may assign from time to time
- Participate ECN meeting, review and monitoring
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of ECE or Electronics Engineering
- With license is preferred but not required
- Open for fresh graduates
- With experience in Manufacturing is an advantage
