Production Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and coordinate daily precast concrete production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
2. Ensure production targets are achieved in accordance with established schedules, quality requirements, and safety standards.
3. Monitor and optimize the utilization of resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to maximize productivity and cost efficiency.
4. Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to production personnel to maintain operational excellence.
5. Collaborate closely with the central production team to align plant performance with company objectives and project requirements.
6. Identify production challenges and implement effective corrective and preventive actions to minimize downtime and improve output.
7. Maintain accurate and timely records of production performance, quality inspections, equipment status, and operational reports.
8. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes, operational efficiency, product quality, and workplace safety.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and occupational health and safety requirements.
10. Support management in achieving operational goals through effective planning, coordination, and team leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements :

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in concrete or precast production environment (an added advantage)
• Knowledge of precast manufacturing processes and quality assurance standards.
