Production Engineer

Job Summary

Responsible for the process improvement and production quality of the assigned production section and lines.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepares, revises and updates forms and records such as Process Control Plan, and Inspection Checklist.
• Monitors and analyzes Statistical Process Control Charts.
• Conducts review of line time study, capacity, standard cost, manpower allocation, and production lay-out.
• Edits PLC programs, Image check programs, and other applications for improvement.
• Ensures that machines are in good conditions and spare parts are available.

Job Requirements

• Graduate of any Engineering courses (Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, Electronics and Communication, Computer and etc.)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• General knowledge in ISO and IATF Certificates
• Knowledge in Statistical and 7 QC Tools
• Knowledge of CAD Systems
• Collaborative communication
