- Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities as per production plans and customer requirements.
- Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Monitor and improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), productivity, and machine utilization.
- Manage and optimize manpower allocation across production lines/processes.
- Analyze production KPIs such as OEE, rejection %, productivity, downtime, yield, and target vs. achievement.
