Production Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze standard production cycle times to ensure operational efficiency.
• Identify and implement cycle time improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to drive continuous process improvement and cycle time reduction.
• Adjust production capacity and manpower planning based on updated cycle time data.
• Develop and maintain standard process flow charts and production workflows.
• Conduct time studies and analyze production processes to establish standard operating times.
• Perform workload analysis and optimize workforce utilization.
• Improve line balancing to achieve effective utilization of manpower and machinery.
• Develop and update Work Instructions (WI) and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company regulations, safety requirements, and operational standards.
• Support quality improvement activities to ensure products meet quality specifications and customer requirements.
• Monitor, investigate, and resolve issues during new product or new model trials, including workload, cycle time, and quality concerns.

Job Requirements:

• Male, aged 22-25 years.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Manufacturing Operations.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM, or Continuous Improvement projects.

Job Qualifications:

• Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Good English Reading, Writing and Speaking Skills.
• Electrical Skill (Circuit Power, Circuit Control, Reading and Analyze)
• PLC (Programmable Logic Controller)
• Computer literacy (MS Office, CAD, SolidWorks )
