Production Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Drive process improvement, Lean, 5S, Kaizen, and waste reduction initiatives.
• Optimize production processes and support technical troubleshooting.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance, reliability improvement, installation, and commissioning.
• Analyze production and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support ISO, CAPA, audits, change control, and process documentation.
• Work with EHS teams on risk assessments, chemical safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Support new product introduction, process transfer, pilot trials, and scale-up activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related discipline, preferably in Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in process, production, lean, equipment, or manufacturing engineering.
• Knowledge of chemical manufacturing, Lean, 5S, Kaizen, RCA, CAPA, ISO systems, and equipment reliability.
• Experience with process improvement, project management, production support, or new facility setup is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools; experience with AutoCAD, PLC, ERP, MES, or Power BI is an advantage.
• Good command of English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
• Based in Hong Kong, with travel to Mainland China and overseas when required.
