We are looking for a Production Engineer with 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing to join our team.

• Role: Production Engineer

Location : Mauli, Barwala, Haryana

• Key Responsibility: * Production planning and execution to achieve daily/monthly production targets.
• Monitor and control the geyser manufacturing/ assembly process to ensure smooth production flow.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, work instructions, and safety procedures.
• Identify and reduce production losses, rejection, rework, downtime, and material wastage.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, PPC, and Purchase teams to resolve production issues.
• Conduct root-cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor manpower utilization, line efficiency, productivity, and machine pertormance.
• Improve manufacturing processes through Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement practices.
