Production Engineer

Job Title: Production Engineer Job Summary The Production Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality production. The role focuses on improving productivity, reducing waste, maintaining safety standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
 Plan, manage, and monitor daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targets  Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost, and quality  Implement process improvements, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives  Coordinate with design, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations  Prepare and maintain production reports, KPIs, and documentation  Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards  Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions  Support new product introductions and process validations  Optimize resource utilization including manpower, machines, and materials

Required Skills & Competencies
 Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning  Problem-solving and analytical skills  Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen principles  Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and process documents  Good communication and teamwork skills  Proficiency in MS Excel and production management tools (ERP/MRP preferred)

Educational Qualifications
 Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field Experience  2–8 years for mid-level roles (depending on industry requirements)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
