What they need
- Perform and optimize machine settings, mold installation, and injection molding parameters.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to machine operations, mold performance, and product defects during production runs.
- Monitor production efficiency, cycle time, and machine uptime to meet output targets.
- Ensure product specifications comply with strict quality standards by working closely with QC and Tooling teams.
- Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Qualifications
- Preferably graduate of engineering course
- With knowledge and experience in machine setting, mold setting parameter, troubleshooting,
- With experience in plastic injection company and understand the Plastic Injection Mold and Quality
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English"
Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
