Production Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct time & motion studies and validate SMVs for garment operations.
• Optimize line balancing and workflow efficiency.
• Analyze production performance and drive process improvements.
• Support capacity planning and resource allocation.
• Monitor productivity KPIs and prepare performance reports.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Planning, and Technical teams to resolve bottlenecks.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Support new style introductions and production feasibility assessments.
• Maintain operation bulletins, line layouts, SMVs, and engineering documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Apparel Production, Fashion Technology, Textile Technology, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Apparel Manufacturing, Production Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
• Strong understanding of garment manufacturing, industrial engineering concepts, and MS Excel.
