Production Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a talented Production Engineer to join our growing team at RING ELECTRONICS (PHILIPPINES) CO., INC. As a Production Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimising our manufacturing processes and driving continuous improvements across our operations in Rosario Cavite. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career development and progression.

What you'll be doing

• Designing, implementing and monitoring efficient production processes to maximise output, quality and cost-effectiveness
• Analysing production data and identifying opportunities for process improvements
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety, quality and environmental regulations
• Providing technical guidance and support to production staff
• Researching and evaluating new technologies, equipment and methodologies to enhance our manufacturing capabilities
• Documenting and maintaining detailed records of production activities and performance metrics

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a production engineering role, preferably in the electronics manufacturing industry
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions
• Proficient in using production management software, data analysis tools and process control systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proactive, adaptable and committed to continuous improvement
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and process optimisation techniques
