Key Responsibilities:

• Process Optimization:
• Analyze production data to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with the production team to optimize manufacturing processes, improve product quality, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Production Management:
• Oversee daily production activities to meet production targets while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper communication and smooth production flow.
• Safety & Compliance:
• Ensure all production activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety procedures for the plant's operations.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in process efficiency, product quality, and resource utilization.
• Implement best practices in chemical manufacturing and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans for the DCS and related equipment to avoid unplanned shutdowns.
• Work with the maintenance team to diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Prepare detailed reports on production performance, process deviations, and corrective actions taken.
• Maintain accurate records of all DCS configurations, modifications, and maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a production engineering role within the chemical manufacturing industry, with hands-on experience using Yokogawa DCS systems.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in using Yokogawa DCS systems for process control and automation.
• Strong knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance in chemical plants.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹6,500,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
