Production Engineer

Job Qualification

• Engineering Graduate (Industrial Engineer/ Electronic Engineer related)
• At least 1-2 years experience in manufacturing environment
• Knowledgeable in CAPA
• Proficient in problem solving and analytical thinking
• With experience in manpower handling and supervision

Job Description

• Lead and monitor team performance and discipline.
• Implement and adjust production schedules as needed.
• Ensure efficient use of materials, manpower, and equipment.
• Support process improvements and line evaluations.
• Enforce work standards, safety, and quality procedures.
• Review and submit reports on production activities.
• Coordinate with other teams to meet production requirements.
