Production Engineer (Electrical)

Join our Production Engineering team to support the development, maintenance, and improvement of production equipment and factory facilities.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, install, operate, and maintain electrical power systems and production facilities.
• Support the planning, preparation, installation, and maintenance of electrical equipment, including electrical panels, power distribution systems, transformers, and related facilities.
• Conduct inspection, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
• Monitor and maintain factory electrical facilities and supporting utilities, including electrical rooms, compressors, air conditioners, and other.
• Analyze electrical system issues and support improvement activities to enhance equipment reliability, safety, and energy efficiency.
• Ensure electrical facilities and equipment comply with applicable safety standards, company regulations, and maintenance procedures.

Job Requirements

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of electrical power systems, power distribution, electrical facilities, and electrical equipment.
• Understanding of electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and electrical control systems is an advantage.
• Knowledge of PLC, power electronics, or industrial automation is an advantage.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, particularly in electrical systems.
• Active and fluent in English (both spoken and written).
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to be placed on-site in Kawasan MM2100, Cikarang Barat.
