Production Engineer

We are looking for a hands-on, proactive and improvement-minded Production professional who enjoys solving problems, improving processes and taking ownership.

Job Responsibilities

• Support daily production operations and workflow
• Identify production bottlenecks and improve productivity, quality and efficiency
• Troubleshoot issues related to printing, packaging and production processes
• Lead and follow up on process improvement projects
• Monitor production data and equipment performance
• Develop and improve SOPs, work instructions and training materials
• Work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance and other departments
• Support manpower coordination, workplace safety and other production-related tasks

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome; experienced and senior candidates are also encouraged to apply
• Experience in production, process improvement, quality control or manufacturing is an advantage
• Leadership, team coordination or project management experience is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and hands-on mindset
• Proactive, responsible and willing to take ownership
• Able to communicate well in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to work independently and as a team
