Production Engineer

Job Responsibilities:-

1. Manage daily production operation to ensure safe, stable and efficient line performance.
2. Ensure production targets, quality, schedules and efficiency meet Company requirements.
3. Monitor manpower, output, downtime, material usage and line performance to identify and close operational gaps.
4. Guide and support Leaders and production teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
5. Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with QA/QC, Warehouse, Engineering/Maintenance and other departments for resolution.
6. Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, HACCP, FSSC, Food Safety, safety and regulatory requirements.
7. Identify, plan and monitor employee competency and training, including mandatory and regulatory requirements.
8. Support statutory, regulatory and supplier audits, including JKKP/DOSH inspections, by maintaining required records and documents
9. Monitor losses, wastage, rejects, quality issues and downtime and implement corrective and preventive actions.
10. Drive continues improvement, productivity, reliability and cost reduction through data analysis, root-cause investigation and process optimization.
11. Maintain housekeeping, 5S, safety and proper work practices while promoting discipline, accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements:-

Education: Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Food Technology or related field
Experience: In beverage manufacturing / PET production line is an advantage
Preferred: Good knowledge of production operations, manpower coordination and troubleshooting
Additional advantage: Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and under production pressure. Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
