Production Engineer

We are currently looking for a highly experienced Production Engineer with a strong background in steel fabrication. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience managing fabrication shop operations, interpreting engineering drawings, and ensuring production targets are met with the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and supervise daily steel fabrication activities.
• Interpret structural and fabrication drawings and ensure accurate execution.
• Coordinate with design, quality control, and procurement teams.
• Implement cost-effective manufacturing processes and productivity improvements.
• Monitor progress to meet deadlines and quality specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.

Requirements

• Immediate joining (Within a week)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in steel fabrication or structural steel industry.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication techniques, welding procedures, and material standards.
• Familiarity with fabrication machinery and tools.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
