• Support the Operation Team:
• Attend daily meetings to get production plans, solve issues, and guide Unit Supervisors to keep daily work safe, efficient, and eco-friendly.
• Inspect operations to ensure procedural compliance and help Unit Supervisors troubleshoot problems correctly.
• Advise Unit Supervisors on emergency responses and technical safety to protect the plant.
• Coordinate with other departments to create the Monthly Production Schedule (MPS).
• Report production results and abnormalities to the Section Manager, Department Manager, and Downstream Manufacturing Director.
• Prepare monthly and plant performance reports.
• Create and enforce quality assurance standards to meet all product specifications.
• Assist Production Managers in managing department operations:
• Partner with the Section Manager to run operations smoothly and update the Department Manager regularly.
• Collaborate with the Section Manager to resolve production issues and upgrade assigned equipment.
• Execute and track tasks aligned with annual goals.
• Optimize production methods to boost accuracy and safety.
• Guide and train operators to ensure they are competent in their assigned areas.
• Oversee safety, environmental, and energy initiatives following company policies and legal laws.
• Engage in productivity improvement programs based on company guidelines.
• Handle other duties as requested by supervisors.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Background: Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical,...
• Language: Good proficiency in English (Reading, Writing, and Speaking).
• From 1 to 8 years of experience in production engineering within chemical, petrochemical, refinery, or manufacturing industries.
• Required skill:
  • Well understand production process knowledge
  • Fast response and flexible for unplan situation management
  • Good Collaboration among related team
