Production Engineer

Spesification:

1. Candidate must possess in Bachelor Degree or in Chemical Engineering, or related.
2. At least 5 year(s) working experience in refinery/ palm oil or releted.
3. Willing to be located in Belitung Timur, Bangka Belitung.

Job Description:

• Monitor and refine operations such as degumming, bleaching, and deodorization to maximize throughput, minimize oil loss, and optimize energy/chemical consumption.
• Troubleshoot process anomalies, collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) teams, and ensure end products meet exact customer and industry specifications.
• Manage shift rosters, direct plant operators/technicians, and evaluate workforce skills gaps to coordinate training and build a culture of operational excellence.
• Work with the maintenance team to execute preventive/corrective maintenance and safely manage equipment like compressors, boilers, and vacuum systems.
• Enforce safety and health regulations, maintain environmental standards, and ensure the facility adheres to strict certifications like ISO, GMP, HACCP, and RSPO.
