Production Engineer

1. Delivery planning in line with the customer requirements and executing production.

2. Preparation & Monitoring for the in-house Moulding processes.

3. Preparation of indent for Raw Material.

4. Ensure proper Mould used in the production.

5. Ensure identification and traceability are maintained in the moulding shop as per internal or Customer requirements and

maintenance of traceability records.

6. Ensure safe handling and usage of in- house and customer property.

7. Participating in process development and Process records preparation.

8. Production data consolidation and presentation for daily and monthly reviews.

9. Authorized to change operators in shifts according to job requirements.

10. Assist in machine preventive maintenance schedule jobs.

11. Assist when machine is under maintenance or major repair.

12. Ensure the house keeping is being done on Project / Parts supply.

13. Co-coordinating trials and offering parts to QA.

14. Problem solving and joint discussion with suppliers when necessary.

15. Reporting the plant performances to top management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 per year
