Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Engineer to manage production activities, ensure smooth machine operations, achieve production targets, and maintain quality and safety standards in an FMCG manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, monitor, and control daily production activities to achieve production targets.

Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.

Monitor production processes and minimize downtime, wastage, and rejection.

Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch departments.

Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety procedures, and production schedules.

Maintain daily production reports, shift reports, and machine performance records.

Use SAP for production entries, material consumption, production orders, and reporting.

Identify process improvements to increase productivity and reduce manufacturing costs.

Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to 5S practices.

Required Skills

Knowledge of FMCG manufacturing and production processes.

Working knowledge of SAP, preferably SAP PP or relevant production modules.

Understanding of production planning, machine operations, and quality control.

Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Candidate Profile

B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Minimum 3 years of relevant production experience in any FMCG manufacturing company.

Practical experience in SAP is preferred.
