POSITION SUMMARY: Assembly Production Engineer

Assembly production engineers are leaders in the assembly department with knowledge in machine process and manpower management. Main role is to supervise and plan production according to the customer requirement without any delay and compromise in quality of the product with high efficiency. Coordination skill is a major part as they need to work in group with other departments to deliver products with high quality and on time.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Lead a dedicated group of technicians and operators within the Manufacturing Group.

· Plan and implement training and development plans with team members.

· Provide trainings and alerts to operators and develop their skills.

· Establish goals and objectives that deliver results according to the production plan to increase efficiency.

· Identify and establish permanent and effective solutions to problems which arise during production and verify the results.

· Consistently meet customer requirements and commitment to performance excellence and meet deadlines.

· Identify and develop improvements to increase production and output. Also reduce scrap and conduct workshops to minimize scrap and rejections.

· Work with the team to plan, coordinate and implement activities to support the successful launch of new products, including introduction of new processes and others.

· Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; review of professional publications; personal networking; participating in professional societies.

· Ensure that all health, safety and environmental requirements are met.

· Workspace to be kept neat and presentable by following 5S method.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

Education

· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience

· 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing shop floor environment

Skills

· Fluent in English, both in written and verbal.

· Good manpower management, team work and coordination.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per month
