Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Your mechanical expertise and technical skills will drive efficiency and innovation across our production lines.

Duties

• Develop, analyze, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and quality.
• Utilize CAD software such as One CNC would be advantageous.
• A strong background in Milling/Programming
• Conduct root cause analysis on production issues to identify underlying problems and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on machining and tooling projects.
• Apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) standards to ensure precise component manufacture.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing process data and recommending enhancements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in manufacturing or production engineering within a high-precision environment.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in CNC machining.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as One CNC.
• Familiarity with CNC programming.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions effectively.
• Understanding of GD&T standards, tooling development, and fabrication techniques.

Preferred qualifications include experience with aerospace continuous improvements. A background in mechanical engineering or related technical field is highly desirable.
