Production Engineer

• Develop and improve production processes for electromechanical assemblies.
• Prepare work instructions, process flows, and SOPs.
• Create and manage work orders and manufacturing orders in ERP systems.
• Monitor daily production targets, cycle times, productivity, and prepare production reports.
• Support CNC machining, SolidWorks, robotic lines, and automated manufacturing processes.
• Establish assembly, inspection, testing, and packaging procedures.
• Reduce rejections through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Implement Kaizen, 5S, Poka-Yoke, and Lean Manufacturing practices.
• Ensure compliance with IPC, ISO, and applicable manufacturing standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience in electromechanical manufacturing, CNC machining, SolidWorks, and robotic production lines.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, or Tally, including manufacturing and work orders.
• Knowledge of IPC, ISO, quality control, and packaging procedures.
• MIL-STD and defence manufacturing experience will be an added advantage.
