Production Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily production and achieve production targets.
• Handle plastic injection molding machines and production processes.
• Monitor cycle time, rejection, and machine downtime.
• Troubleshoot molding defects and coordinate corrective actions.
• Ensure product quality and reduce rejection rates.
• Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance teams.
• Maintain production reports and follow safety procedures.
• Support 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience in Plastic Injection Molding.
• Knowledge of molding machines, molds, and process parameters.
• Understanding of production planning and quality standards.
• Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
