Production Engineer

Position: Production Engineer- Assembly

Education: B.E. / B.Tech (Mech./Prod.) -3-4 years or Diploma (Mech./Elec.) – 6-8 years
Experience : 3-4 years of experience in Manufacturing or Production process and shift management.

Knowledge of CNC machine, poke-yoke, downtime reductions, reduction in process rejections, Low cost automation

TPM, Shop floor practices

Shift handling & experience in identifying process criticalities

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handling Of Shift Duties, Line Output & product quality, process yield improvement
• Execution of the production targets, Meeting On-Time Delivery, Daily performance control & review
• Drive various focused & continuous improvement projects in order to improve the operating efficiencies of the lines
• Quality control in production line, Reduction of rejection, Root cause analysis/ Data Collection/Corrective action, rejection analysis
• Stabilization of the line, ensure repeatability of the product characteristics and documentation of key process parameters
• Responsible for Cycle time, yield & OEE analysis & losses reduction. Support CFT on Loss analysis and Eradication
• Assist the new product development team during the proto phase, feasibility study, proto production trials, ensure timely launch
• Addressing the customer concerns with proper root cause analysis, customer complaint,8D analysis.
• Establish process control through process audit, analysis of data etc.
• Compliance with Customer/ EHS/ IATF/ OHSAS requirements. Training to teams & manpower handling
• 5S implementation & workplace management, understanding of WCM concepts, & drive people involvement

Key skills – Rejection reduction, OEE, Productivity, shift In-charge, problem solving tools, line output

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
