Production Engineer

Hiring Alert! Parflow is seeking a highly organized Production Supervisor to manage daily production planning and control (PPC). You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, minimizing machine downtime, and maintaining a steady output from our CNC/VMC machining shop floor. Location: Vasai, Maharashtra Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and execute daily production targets for CNC lathes/ VMC related machinery. 2.Allocate shift tasks to operators and track hourly/daily production output. 3.Monitor cycle times and ensure raw materials are staged and ready to prevent machine idling. 4.Coordinate seamlessly with Quality Control and Inventory departments to maintain a continuous workflow. 5.Maintain accurate daily production logs, shift handover reports, and basic shop floor attendance.

Qualification: 1.Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering. 2.4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment. 3.Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle daily shop floor dynamics efficiently. 4.Basic computer skills for updating production records.
