Production Engineer

📍 Location: 10th of Ramadan, Sharkia, Egypt.

🕒 Employment Type: Full-time – On-site

💼 Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in Production Engineering.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Engineer, based in 10th of Ramadan, Sharkia, Egypt. The Production Engineer will be responsible for planning and coordinating production workflows, implementing and monitoring quality control processes, and identifying areas for improvement in the production cycle. Additional responsibilities include ensuring adherence to safety standards, analyzing and solving production-related challenges, and collaborating with teams to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and supervise daily production activities to meet targets and deadlines.

Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Analyze workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.

Coordination with planning, maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams to ensure efficient workflow.

Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.

Monitor and reduce production waste and inefficiencies.

Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical solutions.

Ensure adherence to safety procedures and company policies.

Prepare daily and weekly production reports for management.

Support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, etc.).

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering (Engineering Background is a must).

2 : 5 Year Exp in Production Engineering and Production.

Prior experience in manufacturing ( Sheet Metal - Firefighting Products ).

Planning to manage workflows effectively.

Strong Analytical Skills for identifying challenges and developing suitable solutions.

Experience in Quality Control processes to ensure compliance with standards.

Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Knowledge of safety regulations and industry compliance standards.

Computer Knowledge Windows, Office, Internet, ERP Knowledge.

Solid works & AutoCAD is a must.
