Role & responsibilities
1. Daily meeting with the operators, related to target and rejection.
2. Supporting continuous improvement activities to enhance productivity and quality
3. Knowledge of 5s kaizen,poka – yoke, shop floor discipline and productivity improvement technique.
4. Knowledge of manpower handling.
5. Responsible for making daily production plan according to customer requirement.
6. Monitor production planning and control activities within the organization.
7. Ensure implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
8. Know about 7QC Tool, 8D, 4M, TPM, OEE, 3M
9. Daily production report (Machine, operator, time, output, performance, losses).
10. Ensuring implementation and maintenance of 5S and safety systems at the workplace
