Production Engineer - CNC Process

'A CNC Process Engineer scope involves operating, setting up, and maintaining computer-controlled machines to create precise parts, requiring skills in reading blueprints, programming (G-code), tool management, quality inspection, and troubleshooting, ensuring safety and efficiency from raw material to finished product, often collaborating with Supervisors and Manager and following strict maintenance protocols.

QUALIFICATION:

• At least 2 - 4 years of hands-on experience in CNC and skiving operations for jigs, fixtures, mold, and die products.
• Graduate of any Engineering Course.
• Strong knowledge of CNC and skiving programming including G-code. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and machining blueprints.
• Experience with precision measurement and quality control processes.
• Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to WORK during WEEKEND, HOLIDAYS, Shifting and Prolong Overtime

COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

• CNC PROGRAMMING (understanding and using CNC & Skiving programming language (like G-Code) BLUE PRINT/DRAWING READING (Interpreting technical drawings and understanding geometric dimension (3D/2D))
• PRECISION MEASUREMENT (Using precision measuring instruments to verify parts/product dimensions and quality)
• TROUBLE SHOOTING (Identifying and resolving issues with machines and production process)
• MECHANICAL APTITUDE (Understanding the mechanics of the machines and how they function or operate)
• ATTENTION TO DETAILS (Ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of the job

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
