Production Engineer (Electrical Engineer)

The Production Engineer is responsible for the process design, operation and implementation. Main duties include ensuring product conversion repeatability, analyze system efficiency, reduce cost, improve sustainability and maximize profitability. Implements simple yet effective solutions to continually boost production and conducting risk assessments prior any project execution.

• Responsible for raw materials, manpower, equipment availability and optimized product conversion processes in compliance with planned deliveries.
• Ensures resources (materials, manpower and equipment) are adequate to meet production schedules.
• Plans and optimizes manpower and and equipment requirements including needed tools in preparation for customers' (varying) demands.
• Initiates hiring and capability build projects.
• Applies engineering principles to improve process capability, reduce safety/quality risks and increase productivity.
• Provides data needed, with initial analysis, to formulate business plans.
• Manages performance of members in assigned area designs and implements developmental plan of direct reports.
