Job Descriptions:

• New Model Launch: Lead process preparation, trial runs, and documentation (PPAP) for new product introductions.
• Problem Solving & Quality Control: Analyze and resolve defects related to products, molds, and production lines to optimize yield and efficiency.
• Mold/Die Improvement: Enhance mold performance and maintain precision to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Cost Reduction & Kaizen: Initiate and execute cost saving and engineering improvement projects.
• 4M & Engineering Change Management: Control Engineering Change Notices (ECN) and documentation following 4M principles (Man, Machine, Material, Method).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Tool & Die, Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience:
• Fresh Graduates from Tool & Die, Mechanical, or directly related fields are welcome.
• OR 1–2 years of experience in Plastic Injection Molding for other engineering disciplines.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Plastic Injection Molding processes, mold structures, and troubleshooting.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office and general engineering applications.
• Languages: Good command of spoken and written English.
• Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
