Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Production Engineer with 3–6 years of relevant experience in the injection moulding and plastic manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily production activities, monitoring shop-floor operations, maintaining production quality, and ensuring production targets are achieved efficiently.

Candidates must have relevant experience in injection moulding and plastic manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily production activities and shop-floor operations.
• Monitor injection moulding processes and production output.
• Ensure product quality and adherence to production standards.
• Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and other departments to resolve production issues.
• Monitor machine performance, material usage, and production efficiency.
• Maintain production reports and shift-related documentation.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.
• Support process improvement and reduction of production wastage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in injection moulding and plastic manufacturing.
• Practical knowledge of injection moulding processes and production operations.
• Understanding of production planning, quality standards, and shop-floor management.
• Problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Ability to monitor production targets and maintain operational efficiency.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
