Production Engineer/ Lead (Final Production)

We are looking for experienced professionals to join our Final Production team. Depending on your experience level, we are hiring for both Production Engineer and Production Lead roles.

Core Responsibilities:

• Device Assembly & Testing: Support device assembly, integration, and functional testing; troubleshoot failures and optimize assembly routing and cycle time.
• Production Engineering: Provide technical support to the shopfloor, minimize downtime, and lead root-cause analysis using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and Pareto analysis.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen projects to improve yield, productivity, and manufacturing efficiency.
• NPI & Change Management: Support New Product Introduction (NPI), product transfers, and the implementation of Engineering Change Notices (ECN).
• Quality & Compliance: Develop SOPs and Work Instructions while ensuring strict compliance with ESD, safety, and quality requirements.

Additional Requirements for Production Lead:

• Shopfloor Leadership: Lead and manage daily operations to achieve production plans and on-time delivery.
• People Management: Coach and develop operators and technicians, manage manpower allocation, and conduct daily shift briefings.
• Resource Coordination: Coordinate with SCM/Warehouse for material availability and manage equipment readiness and preventive maintenance.
• Performance Management: Monitor key production KPIs and prepare daily/weekly performance reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronic, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Experience:

  • Engineer: 3–5 years of relevant engineering experience in manufacturing/test/process engineering
  • Leader: 5+ years of experience, with a proven track record of leading production operators and technicians

• Experience in RF/electronic equipment manufacturing, PCBA/module testing, and familiarity with ERP/MES systems
