Production Engineer (Printing)

About the role

This is a production-focused role responsible for analyzing and improving production processes, identifying efficiency opportunities, and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and quality
• Identify opportunities to reduce production losses and process-related problems
• Develop and implement appropriate work standards for production processes
• Monitor and drive KPI & Action Plans to achieve departmental targets
• Analyze production issues and work closely with relevant teams to develop effective solutions and drive continuous improvement
• Monitor Preventive Maintenance activities to minimize machine breakdowns and production downtime
• Participate in activities related to Quality Management, 5S, Occupational Safety, and Environmental Management

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Printing Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of Statistics, Chemistry, and Mechanics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Database applications
• Able to read and understand English technical manuals, machine manuals, and technical documents
• Experience in Production, Process Improvement, Printing Technology, or Industrial Engineering will be an advantage
