PRODUCTION ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities

• Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste

• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions

• Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications

• Collaborate with design and RD teams for smooth product transitions

• Maintain equipment, tools, and safety standards on the shop floor

• Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

• 2+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment

• Knowledge of production planning, lean manufacturing, and quality control

• Proficient in CAD software and MS Office

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
