Production Engineer – Railway Project (Precast Concrete)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Engineer to join our team for railway infrastructure projects involving precast concrete manufacturing. This position is suitable for fresh graduates who are willing to learn, undergo training, and develop their technical skills in production operations.

Key responsibilities

• Daily production planning, scheduling, and monitoring of precast concrete products.
• Monitor production output and ensure compliance with project specifications and established procedures.
• Coordinate with Production and QC to achieve production targets.
• Handling and monitoring of manpower, materials, and equipment utilization.
• Prepare production reports and maintain accurate production records.
• Support quality control, workplace safety, and continuous improvement activities.
• Participate in hands-on training related to precast concrete manufacturing and railway project requirements.
